At the airport... After you present your passport, collect your luggage, and clear Customs, you can meet your prearranged transfer at the international arrivals area. If you have not made transfer arrangements, you can do so at the Springbok Atlas Parliament Service Desk, or secure a taxi to your hotel or University of Cape Town accommodations. If you will be staying at the University of Cape Town... Tell your Shuttle Bus or taxi driver to stop at the Parliament information booth as you enter the university campus. Directions to your residence will be provided.
When you're ready for Registration Check-in...  Use the enclosed one-time pass to take the Parliament Shuttle Bus to the Multi-Purpose Hall on the campus of the Cape Technikon.  Registration Check-in will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. November 29-December 5 and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon December 6, 7, and 8. At Registration Check-in... You will be directed to a table with your alphabetical grouping.  You can purchase a Shuttle Pass if you have not done so in advance.  You will receive your Parliament badge, Shuttle Pass sticker, Programme Book, and event packet.
